I had a fantastic time this wkend at Clare Priory. The weather was amazing even if we felt like we were about to melt on Saturday! Was very glad to be in a gazebo with a little fresh air rather than the sweltering marquees. There was so many gorgeous things to buy as ever.
For the first time I camped on site at the Priory which is something I'll do again next year as it made for a lovely weekend away, a mini holiday of sorts...perfect in the summer sun.

The Clare Priory event is fast approaching and I'm busy getting things ready for it...including buying a tent to stay in over the weekend. Today will be the 1st time I've tried pitching it to see just how hard it is to do on my own!!! Wish me luck

After months of researching I've finally ordered my new bigger kiln. It should mean an end to the queue of glass ready to go into the kiln that currently takes over my conservatory!
Only a couple of wks to go until the xmas fairs begin too so I'm currently making lots of glass xmas decorations. The trees are looking good and I'll be starting on reindeer and robins later on this afternoon.

My next fair is fast approaching and the kiln is doing overtime!
I'm making lots and lots of new products ready for the Guild's flagship event of the year at Cressing Temple barns over the Aug bank holiday. Come and see what's new and enjoy a fantastic day out at the same time.

My glass is now being exhibited/sold at Church Street Gallery in Saffron Walden. Pop along and look at the beautiful handcrafted item for sale at the gallery, you won't be disappointed.
