Glass items will be dispatched within 7 working days of order. All online orders will be confirmed by email with notification of when you can expect your delivery to arrive. If you would like your order to arrive by a specific date, please let me know with your order (& order in plenty of time!) If you wish an item to be gift wrapped and sent to a sepcific address please inform me of this via email. Postage and Packing All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class UK postage & packaging: Cards ?0.90 All jewellery ?1.20 Dishes/bottles ?2.60 / ?3.20/ ?3.90 (depending on weight) For orders to destinations outside the UK, please contact me for postage rates. I hope you will be happy with your order and it arrives in perfect condition. Any broken, damaged or missing goods must be made known to me within 3 days of delivery and returned within 7 working days with written confirmation of the problem. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. If returning an item to the designer, the client will take responsibility for the postage costs, gain proof of posting and correct insurance.
